Services

Three capabilities. One accountable partnership.

Systems integration delivers the environment, managed services keep it running, and a lifecycle partnership keeps it current. Each can be engaged on its own; most estates need all three over their operating life.

Systems Integration

Architecture, design, supply, implementation and integration of UC, enterprise AV, workplace and collaboration solutions.

Design and delivery

Managed Services

Structured support, monitoring, incident management, maintenance and service reporting, with service levels aligned to customer requirements.

Managed Services

Technology Lifecycle Partnership

Continuous assessment, standardisation, optimisation, upgrade planning and refresh cycles.

Technology Lifecycle

01 Systems Integration

Designed as one environment, delivered to a standard.

The same phases apply whether the scope is four huddle rooms or an estate migration. What changes is the depth of each, not the sequence.

Design

Consulting & design

Requirements taken from how each space is used, turned into an architecture for the platform already in place and room standards that repeat from site to site.

  • Room standards
  • UC architecture
  • AV design
  • Technical requirements
  • Network considerations
  • Security considerations
  • Bill of materials
  • Standardisation

Deliver

Integration & deployment

Supplied, installed and configured to the standard, enrolled on the platform, integrated with the systems around it, then commissioned and tested before handover.

  • Procurement
  • Installation
  • Configuration
  • Platform enrolment
  • Integration
  • Commissioning
  • Testing
  • User handover

02 Managed Services

Responsibility does not end at handover.

Support, monitoring, incident management, maintenance and reporting, built around the environments we integrate and the systems customers already run. Service levels are aligned with each customer’s requirements.

  • Service desk
  • Monitoring
  • Incident management
  • Vendor escalation
  • Firmware governance
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Service reporting

03 Technology Lifecycle Partnership

Renewed on a plan, not on failure.

Periodic estate reviews turn into a refresh roadmap, updated standards and planned platform change — scheduled and budgeted rather than forced by end of support.

  • Utilisation against room type
  • Refresh planning
  • Standard revision
  • Platform change
  • Estate consolidation
  • Spares strategy
  • Vendor and contract review

04 Ways to engage

Four ways to work together.

Ways to structure the relationship around where you are and what you need — from advice on a single decision to a long-term partnership.

C

Consulting

Architecture, technical specification, standards and supplier coordination.

P

Projects

Procurement, installation, integration, commissioning and handover.

S

Managed Services

Structured support, monitoring, reporting and lifecycle management.

H

Hybrid Partnership

Consulting, projects and services combined in one long-term partnership.

05 Phased by default

Delivered in phases, with a fallback at each.

Estates rarely stop to be rebuilt. Rooms are in use, a platform decision may already be half made, and the organisation cannot accept a single cutover night for its meeting infrastructure.

Work is therefore structured as phases with explicit entry and exit conditions: what is true before a phase starts, what is proven before it ends, and what the environment falls back to if it does not. Decisions are recorded where they are made rather than reconstructed afterwards.

That approach is where the company’s name comes from, and it remains how the work is run.

Design, or take over what exists.

Both are normal starting points. Tell us which one you are in.
